Do I need a Facebook developer account?
No. That's the part everyone hates, and we removed it. Click Connect, log in to Instagram, approve access — the plugin handles the rest. You'll need an Instagram Business or Creator account, which is free to switch to in the Instagram app under Settings → Account type.
Will it slow my site down?
No. Posts are cached and refreshed in the background on a schedule, so your visitors are never waiting on Instagram's servers. The CSS and JavaScript only load on pages where a feed actually appears, and there are no external libraries or render-blocking scripts.
What happens when my access token expires?
Nothing — it renews itself. The plugin checks daily and refreshes the token well before its 60-day expiry. If something does go wrong, you get a clear notice in your dashboard rather than a silently empty feed.
How many sites does one licence cover?
One site per licence. You can move it between sites freely: deactivate it on the old site to free the slot, then activate it on the new one. Need several sites? Email us and we'll sort out an agency licence.
What happens if I cancel?
Your feed keeps working. The premium layouts revert to the free Grid layout, but your posts, settings and connection stay exactly as they are. Resubscribe later and your chosen layout returns automatically.
Does it work with my page builder?
Yes. There's a Gutenberg block, a native Elementor widget with responsive controls, and a classic shortcode that works anywhere else — including Divi, WPBakery, or a plain text widget.
Do you collect any data about my visitors?
No personal data at all. The optional statistics feature counts feed views and post clicks as daily totals stored in your own database. No IP addresses, no cookies, no third-party tracking — so it doesn't change your cookie consent obligations.
Can I get a refund?
The 7-day free trial exists so you can be certain before paying anything. If you're charged and something still isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you.
